If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Dark teal = Catersource education sessions
Dark orange = TSE education sessions
Black = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Melissa Van Dyke joined Creative Group in 2019 as Vice President of Design and Insights and for the last two years has served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience, where she oversees global operations for the "50-years young" organization. Creative Group's mission is to be "creators of business changing experiences that help people thrive" and she has been thrilled to support the teams that help their clients create almost 200,000 individual "thrivability" experiences worldwide annually. Prior to Creative Group, she spent a decade as President of the Incentive Research Foundation, a leading non-profit in the MICE space, where she developed a research engine that tripled the research education footprint and helped expand their premier industry event, The IRF Education Invitational. In her early career, Melissa held leadership positions as Managing Consultant of the Employee Engagement Practice at Maritz and as a Senior Business Process and Technology Consultant for Ernst & Young LLP. She has authored numerous articles, has been named one of the "Top 25 Women in the Meetings Industry" by Meetings and Conventions Magazine, selected as Incentive magazine's "Most Influential People in the Incentive Industry" and authored the chapter on Non-Monetary Awards in the sixth edition of the Compensation Handbook. She is an avid power lifter and her favorite past time is spending time with her husband and two teenage kids while caring for the most spoiled Guinea Pig in the world, Linnie.
