If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Steph ZilliCOOZilli Hospitality Group

Stephen Zilli has been learning the school of hard of knocks for 55 years. He began at age 5 at 5 cents per hour, from washing dishes, peeling potatoes, serving tables, grilling, bartending. His experience includes off premise catering from 4 to 23,000 guests from open houses, picnics, weddings and corporate events. The Zilli family operated two white linen restaurants, a hotel and café. Today, he knows a little bit more and wears many hats. He is involved with menu packaging, development, costing, portioning, business development, venue concierge, yield management, marketing, assisting in proposals, hiring, training, and so much more. In addition, He attends 90% of the company's training sessions in the organization. Most importantly, Steph is passionate about coaching and mentoring the entire organization. He has a good eye with individuals seeing their strengths and using it to the fullest. He is compassionate especially to strangers walking down the sidewalk, in line at the grocery store, etc... He cares about people. He personally handles very complaint turning a negative into a positive and wins them over (ZHG FAN)!
