If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.

Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.

Trish Vogel has been with Blue Plate Catering for 20 years – advancing within the organization to her current role as the VP of Event Sales. Trish’s role is to manage, train and mentor the full-service event catering team in helping the team achieve their sales goals and total client satisfaction. Her specialty is the planning and execution of corporate and third party events with heavy emphasis on culinary focused and logistical challenging events. Trish started her career with The Four Seasons Hotel, Newport Beach and has worked with reputable Chicago Restaurant Groups such as Phil Stefani’s. Trish has been involved with (professional organizations) such as HSMAI, Choose Chicago and the Catering Executives Club of Chicago.
