If you are seeing varied colors of session titles, here is your guide:
Cranberry = Catersource education sessions
Bright pink = TSE education sessions
Dark blue = those sessions or events that can be attended by anyone with a Catersource or TSE pass, or requires a separate ticket.
Find your best experience by first choosing the pass type you have purchased. This will weed out all other extraneous sessions.
Sessions do fill up and seating is first come, first served. Note: Individual presentations may also be on this website shortly before the published show dates. They may or may not be the final presentation.
Robin Selden is the Executive Chef and Managing Partner of CT and NYC based Marcia Selden Catering and Naked Fig Catering. They orchestrate over 1100 events a year to include premier parties and weddings throughout the tri-state area and beyond. Selden was named one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in the Wedding industry by The Knot. She’s a Past President & Chef of the Year of the International Caterers Association, a Board Ambassador for the Make a Wish Foundation, and a founding member of The American Cancer Society’s Women Leading the Way to Wellness. Robin and brother Jeffrey strive to inspire the future generation of their industry; this year marks the 10th year that they have taught a Catering & Special Events Class at Cornell University and a Master’s Class in Events at Boston University. Selden is a featured speaker and emcee at the largest Catering & Events conference in the world; Catersource where for the last 15 years she’s wowed the attendees with her can do attitude, passion for food and hospitality and outside of the box creativity. She resides in Stamford with her husband Michael, twins Max & Maggie, and their Goldendoodles.
