Matt joined Mangia Catering in July of 2015 as partner and Operations Manager. Matt’s previous experience as machinist has helped Mangia’s event logistics become more efficient and productive. In addition to efficiency, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge in the realm of technology. Currently, Matt oversees the Operations Department at Mangia Catering, as Director of Operations. Aside from his business accolades, he is also a three time Ironman finisher and Washington State Motor-cross Champion. Now that he is a retired athlete he holds the record of eating the most candy then any other person on the Mangia team
