Jonathan has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Connecticut Wedding Group in Middletown, Connecticut for 20 years. Jonathan believes that weddings today are about transforming raw, non-traditional spaces into magnificent wedding venues. He believes in bringing the rich diversity of Connecticut Farms to the “reclaimed” table and creating unexpected, fun and unique experiences for wedding guests. Jonathan is a member of the elite, invitation only, Leading Caterers of America group and is a member of the Les Amis d' Escoffier Society of Connecticut. Jonathan is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Restaurant Association and a Board Member of the International Caterers Association. Jonathan is also a member of the advisory board for the Hospitality and Tourism program at the University of New Haven. Jonathan enjoys teaching sales and catering each year at the national Catersource Conference as well as speaking at regional LCA events. Jonathan is a Justice of the Peace and in his free time, Jonathan enjoys mentoring young caterers across the country.
