Ryan CorvaiaFounder + OwnerDish Food + Events

Ryan founded Dish Food & Events in 2008 and has led the company through steady growth year after year. He focuses on overall business development and guiding the company’s mission, core values and creative vision. Dish is a full service catering and events company known for creating extraordinary weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events throughout New York City and the Hamptons. Prior to Dish, Ryan got his professional start as a Broadway theatrical stage manager, followed by careers in marketing and special events. The merging of these three careers along with his passion for food and hospitality led to the launch of Dish. Ryan sits on the board of directors for the International Caterers Association and is actively involved in supporting non-profits such as The NYC Anti-Violence Project, World Central Kitchen, and Act To Change to name a few. Ryan and his husband, Maulik Pancholy, split their time between Brooklyn, NYC and East Hampton, NY, where Ryan is an avid flower and vegetable gardener.
