Norma's Bio Norma J Charette has worked with many university and corporate based sales, catering and conference teams in the role of consultant, mentor and manager for onsite conference teams. She has been instrumental in networking with industry professional and planners to put plans in place to secure creative business initiatives for the conference programs. She has been successful in integrating the One Stop Shop services model of hosting groups in venues and has worked with teams to streamline systems and processes that ultimately eliminated duplication of efforts and increased productivity. Her mantra of elevated guest experiences is always at the forefront of initiatives she has created for teams and has done so successfully through incorporating partnerships on many levels.
