Armed with almost a decade in the industry, Brian made the decision to further his education at the Culinary Institute of America, earning an AOS in Culinary Arts and a Pro Chef Level 1 certification. Returning home to Rochester, NY, Brian quickly climbed the ranks to Chef de Cuisine in some of Rochester's top restaurants. After another 10 years of high level cooking, Brian joined the team at Partyman Catering. Backed by 20 years in the industry and an immeasurable amount of passion, Brian leads the charge for the future of the culinary industry.
