Many event professionals enter this industry as a side hustle or as a fun project that they hope will provide some extra money but with low expectations that the event industry can become a full time career. However, when it does become a full-time career, many people remain stuck in the perspective that profit is not as important and/or carry low expectations of the profit this industry can provide. In this session, we will evaluate ways in which you may be wasting time that could be used for making profit and discuss strategies you could be employing to increase your profits. Meredith will help you feel motivated to put profit at the forefront of your business plan and to not feel guilty for doing so!
