A business is only as good as the people working to make the magic happen. That idea becomes even more crucial when you're seeking to grow and expand your company. Plus, many catering companies are trying to make up for lost time and lost revenue during recent years' slow and transitional periods. So how can you build a solid, reliable, flexible team that'll allow you to take on more events when you need help?

In this session, attendees will hear directly from catering leaders about strategies to expand your business, including how they've used staffing as a growth driver. They'll also hear tips about seamlessly blending temporary/flexible staff with a full time team, managing staffing dynamics, and the best ways to utilize flexible staff members.

Insights in this session will come from a panel of seasoned events experts who will share what they've learned in the past year as business has come roaring back, how they've focused on building a staffing model to take on additional and larger events while maintaining a high standard of service, and what other changes the busy events season of 2024 may bring.
