What if you approached every catered event like you were serving the President and his guests? No matter what size party you are planning or catering, it's critical that you and your entire team are in sync on providing the best possible hospitality that results in unforgettable events and satisfied customers--customers that return time after time. With fifteen years of off-premise catering experience in NYC (not to mention being a guest at a recent state dinner at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave), Ryan will share what warm hospitality vs customer service means to him plus share tips and ideas on how to develop, implement and communicate a winning hospitality mindset to your team.
