AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, services over 400 catered special events annually with 30 meeting spaces compassing 200,000 square feet, including the field. Catering for special events includes meetings, trade shows, product launches, social and corporate entertainment. In addition to private events, Legends Hospitality covers over 100 catering event orders for the Dallas Cowboys game days as well as NCAA sporting events, concerts, and entertainment.
Legends Hospitality has set a precedent on how to sell, service, and execute special events catering from small meetings to events held on a worldwide stage.
This session will review the knowledge required not only to sell catered events, but more importantly the execution, results, and lessons learned that can be applied to any catering professional that services a venue, hotel, or off premise event.
