We'll also talk about dealbreakers. For Hugh, it's DRAMA. We'll talk about drama and taking an honest look at the drama level in your company. Beyong those must haves and dealbreakers, we'll talk about meeting your team where they are as a way of demonstrating that you care. Everyone has different personalities and life challenges. You'll earn more loyalty with your team by figuring out how to support them in their lives and challenges, and focus less on who they SHOULD be and more on WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY NEED.
