Why is committing to understanding finance and accounting in your business so vital?

Join CFO Dianna Chamberlin and Managing Partner Chris Sanchez as they speak candidly about the completely non-glitzy aspect of events and catering: numbers. Or are they? They'll discuss important data points for decision making, clarifying where risks and opportunities exist in your books, and how to allow for the smart creation of strategic planning, goal setting, budgeting, and forecasting. They'll address how to answer questions like "why are we in business?" and lend yourself answers to continue to grow.
