Clay began his career in Portland Oregon as a dishwasher then a cook before going on to attend culinary school in San Francisco. Clay polished his craft in hotels and fine dining restaurants across the country. When he’s not cooking, you’ll likely find him climbing hills on his bicycle, gardening, or camping with his family.
